see, see, I told you - first Dean opposes the Patriot Act, now this confederate flag thing...

[Phil] This comes on the heels of a running joke, in which I equated opposition to California's Prop 54 to support of the Patriot Act on the grounds of protecting civil liberties. I'm not really a fascist, I just found it funny to bait TJ that way. Both Prop 54 AND the Patriot Act are bad.
