As our faithful readers will remember, about this time last year I was working on a paper about warrantless wiretaps and the FISA when a song came on that was eerily relevant to the topic.

We're almost back to Memorial Day. I'm once more stuck inside an apartment that isn't mine, working all weekend and listening to angry music. So here I am, angry again, when yet another song comes on that pretty much sums up the topic at hand.
