So, as much as I hate to agree with Eberstadt about anything, THANK GOODNESS someone is *finally* pointing what a bad idea this most recent agreement is. I mean, duh! We make an agreement, they break it. We make a different agreement, they break it into little tiny pieces and dance on it.
