See, now, this is what I get for not paying attention to the State of the Union. I miss priceless moments like these:

This needy group is "some 600,000 inmates [who] will be released from prison" in the coming year...President Bush for the new century proposes "a four-year, $300 million prisoner reentry initiative" to address the needs of released prisoners, including the need to "get mentoring."

I don't think we're in Texas anymore...
